The printer head is the part of a DTG printer that contains all the tiny nozzles that spray ink onto the paper. Maintenance on DTG printers is not tough – it just takes a little time every day.   Here are the things you should do each day at least when you are using the printer. Head cleaning cycles! When you turn the machine on toward the beginning of the day you need to complete a few head cleaning cycles using a DTG print head cleaner . This gets the ink moving and helps open up heads that may be somewhat stopped up. Whatever remains of these things need to be done by the day's end. Keep the capping station moist at night!
